I’m looking to start investing in real estate this year and would appreciate insights from experienced investors on the best strategies in today’s market.

I bought my first two liens over the counter and was able to foreclose on both and made out very well.

The property taxes will be on his Schedule A during the time the property was his primary residence, assuming he itemizes.

Bottom line, if you have a good working relationship it will be less of an issue.

I have just started in a 3-day training for the Lee Arnold broker certification program and thus far just completed the online material required for preparation. 

Would love if anyone else has insights on how to dispute that.
