Really great to receiving an answer from a Greek as well , who has experienced the situation here I live in Zografou area , Athens .I personally agree with you , that Athens has opportunities for small investors .

They're using it first to kill greek systems on campuses and I believe longer term they will start to crowd out local landlords.

The area just south of campus (8th street to 12th street between speight and lasalle) is heavily Greek (fraternities and sororities) who much prefer SFHs.

It's one of the healthiest HOAs I've seen.Properties 1 and 2 were financed with conventional loans.  

I would think the Greek organizations would jump all over the possibility of a frat/sorority house and even pay inflated prices for that kind of house.What would you think?

For less than the annual CA franchise fee, you should be able to add the few other top-management actions your REI business needs to these trips - and/or make the few more trips a year (to Las Vegas - a quick, five-hour drive up I-15 with a stop in Baker for lunch at the Mad Greek - or short, cheap flight to Reno) to do everything else you have to do to manage the top-level, non-day-to-day things your business requires - from your phone and laptop on the desk you borrow in your NV resident agent's or your local property manager's, or power team-member realtor's office during business hours.
