I'm really interested in learning about probate deals I think the clerks at the government office have limitations as to what questions they can answer to what questions you may have regarding probate case files.If your really interested about probate deals, check out Rick Harmon's website and also read the testimonials.Wealth of information and more that he has to offer (probate) as well being in your own backyard.More than 30+ years probate investing..Sort of the "Rikipedia" of probate, as least to me anyways..

Rick Harmon--- I understand the Federal Freedom of Information Act and I understand that this is in a sense an advantage to having leads that are more difficult to come across because it eliminates a lot of competition.
