I put a Wi-Fi remote thermostat in her house so I always know what the temperature is upstairs and when it gets too hot I just closed the dampener in the basement and the furnace.

Nope.Mortgage servicer says only way to remove it is to re-fi.

Two incidents of thefts from my rehabs was a no-brainer to get the WI/FI which is nominal to me calling the police, informing the insurance company only to be told (whatever) wasn't covered, and of course my deductible is $1000. 

I’m also curious for those who have achieved early FI how many doors it took.

If so, these are the new terms you're going to have to re-fi elsewhere or deal with it.

I believe it to be one of the fastest ways to achieve FI and to set future self up for success (I currently am doing just that).

In the current environment, with rates in flux, it's best to start thinking about a commercial re-fi sooner than later if the current note is coming due.

I once had a tenant who started to become delusional / schizophrenic and started to think I was monitoring him through the Wi-Fi signal.
