I have done it once and that was for a 1995 mortgage that never got reconvened and our mortgage amount was 25k the bene was a HML who was long out of business and the bene's were fractionalized owners so who knows how to get them.

I visited the site and the project was running behind, they couldn't add a second story, and the cost is about the same as normal houses. it's 100 houses total it's a super small fraction of the entire building market and there are more than 10 companies co-invested in it. faaaaarrr away from anything. the technology isn't there
