These are the reputable groups I use here in Washington.Personally, I would not use a service with flashy colored gimicky banners.

I dont buy big flashy things.

Straight-and-narrow guy vs. cocky, flashy guy. 

And that's if you are actually working in the business while you are off from the job.To make things worse and more confusing, every lead gen, CRM, and coach are going to keep pushing the flashy easy button in front of you.

Lease a flashy car, figure out how to pick up cheap women with it, and otherwise waste some of your youth properly.

And of course this really all boils down to intent and your pattern of business.If you routinely act as a broker IE have a flashy website.. advertise on craigslist JUST LIKE  A RE broker with pictures and descriptions. appoitnments to show homes to prospective buyers . your going to have a hard time with this being a simple sale of an equitable interest theory..
