It's inspiring to see you channeling that commitment into real estate.

You need to do more then regurgitate what your media is feeding you Jon, get out in the world, read market news as in reports of the actual things happening not opinion pieces telling you what to think.

What’s been your experience with these different channels?

For the most part I think they listen to trusted non experts that feed them incorrect information.

@Pat Lulewicz I've though about contacting the news channel that currently has story published about him and his business, though I'm hesitant to do so as it probably opens me up to some liability.

I only use it for my client do get the credit card feeds but here and there an account or two is completely out of sync and I didn't realize it until my client's assistant was questioning the other credit cards.

Is it feeding into the 5/5 school versus the one 2 blocks away that feeds into the 2/5 school?  

I think that the willingness of those who have significant experience in the industry to provide input and feed back to those of us who don't is incredible. 

Myself personally when I do choose an agent in a market I am hunting for lots to build I do want to be put on MLS feed.
