I would see that as a big fat red flag

I may have fat fingered some numbers.

An LLC i'm a minority member of is undergoing an acquisition and my idea for planning for my tax bill is to start a new LLC just for real estate, and have the LLC purchase a unit or property outright to reduce the amount i can be taxed on and then live in the property.

I got my money back with pluses, rehab is undergoing and if plans pull through, will got $1200 / month cashflow.

So I hopped on BP and searched "lead propeller" thinking I would see DOZENS of threads - but I got a big fat goose egg. 

Separate issue though...unless there a way to argue with the lender that flood insurance is not needed...fat chance i assume.Any thoughts? 

In the event I'm a big fat failure they can foreclose by doing an SPE (Special Purpose Entity) Transfer of the LLC in which they become the managing owner and it doesn't affect me personally.

Do focus on making a fat list of properties, make a list of the UGLIEST houses on the block.
