The lake was nice at Stillwater - we would ride snowmobiles on it when it would freeze solid - and Pocono Farms had a golf course that we would hunt golf balls on - but a lot of the houses were in sad states of disrepair, which is why we lived there - they were cheap. 

While its great that I'm no longer a Home365 customer and got out a few weeks early, it wasn't a smooth ride.

I bought one courthouse step deal in Philly and that was quite the ride.. its a locals market for SURE..

I went to Penn State and location is certianly important but as long as you are a bus ride away, you will always find students to rent to at great rates, also I found that Graduate students tend to want to live further away, which of course means lower rents, but it also means that you have cheaper prices and graduate students tend to be a bit more tidy. 

I would just try to enjoy the ride and learn as much as you can along the way. 

You will be so glad you didn’t sell if you can ride it out a few more years.

So, it's been a wild ride as you know, but I'm now feeling positive about it... 

I can see why a Section 8 person would want to keep there free ride going.
