I personally think it really depends on how much value will it add to the property and if the town will allow it. 

We have couple turnkeys, and couple of BRRRs that we did so far (all are single family residential properties with long-term tenants).We are interested in exploring commercial real estate, and wanted to get all of your help in getting started. 

I am on the west coast, but have a SFH in Pigtown and believe I am finally at the point of needing someone "in town". 

Currently exploring investing in South-East Spain (Almeria) for STR.From what I read as US-resident, it's much more advantageous to invest via a Spanish SL (able to deduct costs in the tax + less transfer tax in the purchase). 

I have heard the summer time season peak is not as large as the winter time but I would still think you would get travelers looking to explore the Colorado Mountains in the summer. 

If cash flow is tight, consider exploring slightly better rent-to-price ratios within your target areas.

In light of this, I have been exploring the possibility of pursuing creative finance options, specifically seller finance deals, as a potential means to achieve my goals.

It’s off of a very busy road with lots of frontage and its own personal billboard on top of the building.I’m having a hard time figuring out what to do with the property, whereas it is more on the outskirts of town.
