People say FHA loans are more strict but that wasn't my experience.

I am sharing my experience to warn other borrowers and investors about a deceptive practice I encountered while dealing with Century Key Capital. 

@Kenneth Jenkins you forgot to mention owners that expect a PMC to use contractors off Craigslist that are unlicensed, NOT insured and rarely have acceptable experience/skill - but, they quote the "best" price.These same owners will sue a PMC if using these types of contractors results in a tenant lawsuit.

They were more expensive, but really know what they are doing in the STR space and we were much more confident with their proposal than the cheaper one we got from our usual broker who had less experience with STRs.

In my experience you tend to get more people living there than the people who apply.
