@Shaheen Ahmed you can find all the info you need online if you know where to look - except that the City of Detroit Assessor's Office is consistently undervaluing properties to keep property taxes attractive for investors - to keep improving the city:)Here's some copy & paste infor for Michigan Property Taxes that you might be able to use as a template for other areas - or you could start investing in Detroit:)----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Michigan has some of the most complicated property taxes in the USA.

Spread your eggs between multiple pockets rather than everything into one property that may or may not appreciate and cashflow as you forecasted.The only exception that rule would be in Austin, if you live there, or in Phoenix AZ just because the growth in the Phoenix metro is so strong and you can still cashflow there.

On these we are targeting g loans even we wouldn’t normally consider; EXCEPT for the fact that we are receiving so much collateral that we end up at 35% LTV or less.

Reverse engineering.You plan works the same way, except instead of classes, you have profits needed from each previous deal, that gives you the cash to move forward.
