Am I able to take the tree trimmings to another property that I have in the same city and put them on the street for pickup?

I own rental properties in one city and two of them had insurance claims in the last 2 years due to hail and tree damage.

I fell in love with the Lowcountry way of life, including good food, beautiful trees with Spanish moss, and stunning golden sunsets.

So my 5 bedroom new construction on top of the mountain with phenomenal views is lumped in with a 30 yr old 5 bedroom 1/4 mile away in the valley surrounded by trees.

After 18 months of living on the beach the kids really wanted trees and a true back yard, so we moved a few miles to the bay and converted the VA loan property to a STR. 

(It is due to a tree that the city grew and will need to be cut down immediately to remediate the problem). (12k for the replacement of pipes and ~5 kfor tree)

Wouldn't get involved in tenant personal matters unless they are violating something in the lease or endangering others or themselves.

If you want to find out what it's like to ONLY be allowed to lease a property under control of a federal program, to be under a "Housing Tzar" you just keep barking up that tree.
