SIH has some marketing gimmick with the Real Estate Guys where they bus unsuspecting retail customers around to the sites to see home being built.

Ultimately it was the customer service and poor quality of my post cards that caused me to leave.

I encourage anyone reading this and thinking about co-living to pay attention to this part very carefully.

However, you have to invest in specific communities where they are encouraging development.

This could include new appliances, energy-efficient windows, or custom finishes.Clean and Declutter: Ensure the property is clean and free of clutter.
