@Dima Kassim , I use a couple of smaller local banks for our properties - Have also gotten some lights-out financing from them as well (i.e. commercial paper, 20% down 30 yr amortization & 15 year terms... at interest rates that are nearly non-commercial)... here in the Lehigh Valley Embassy and American Bank.My tenant that was affected is with BB&T.

@Pedro Bartolomei- I used the Embassy Bank of Lehigh Valley.

There is a breakfast meeting in St Augustine and an evening session at a local  hotel (Embassy Suites).

We were planning to just have the ceremony in Brazil and then move back to the States after, but we quickly found out that wasn't possible when we went to the U.S. embassy shortly after our engagement and got denied entry back to the States.

Why did when the embassy was still burning did he go to Las Vegas, and not even bother to meet in person with the national security advisors to find out what had happened and why. why did he push the story of the tape causing the attacks when he knew it wasn't why they'd happened?

The purchase process takes longer since you may need to go to the embassy to set up POA and notarize docs for closing.

I'm out of the country right now and the nearest notary is 4 hours away at the embassy.
