You will see an analysis for "Test 123" with the photo that you are able to edit with the correct data. 

I edited it on time since then in 2022 when she wanted to add a name to the lease and made it another 10 years.

Coming from an experienced real estate agent we will take this into consideration when we need to edit out referral program. 

I also need it to be "editable" so that I can other items in. 

I wish some of the documents in the course were a little more able to be edited but all good.

EDIT: Never mind.

I currently have a tenant in a home I am managing, I have been using Avail and as of recent I don't like the platform, I have noticed that my tenant like to edit the payment after the due date and that makes the collection date longer (Avail takes a whole week or more to get the rent in).
