I think its pretty well thought out law.  

The training is pretty thorough focused on lending hard/private money to other fix and flip investors, or for my own deals for which I could pay myself as the loan broker.

I looped in the owner of the company but things are still pretty rough. 

As Randall stated, pretty much every county eliminated property tax valuations fights 5-10 years ago.

The taxes are pretty high at 7400$ a year. 

I have the chain of emails between them and the contractor pretty much saying that they saw the cable but rather then calling they called after digging through the cable.

I’ve never had this specific issue but mistakes like this are pretty common. 

My other SFR notes have interest rates determined by the borrower's cash, credit score and income - so market rates or higher.I understand the difference in performing vs non-performing notes and that performing can become non-performing pretty easily. 

Pretty incredible how rapid the demand has increased in the past 12 months especially.
