Sure when it is clean a dark color looks much better however it also shows dust and dog hair a lot more.

We had 8 people (4 couples) and 4 dogs living together at one point and actually I had a really good time.

But just to be direct:-you don't appear to allow dogs. 

If I asked them why were they being so idiotic (of course in milder, non insulting terms), their answer would be "it's a dog eat dog town".

Hello everyone,I’m in the process of replacing the backyard fence at one of my properties in Memphis, TN, and I’m considering upgrading from the current dog ear style to a more modern horizontal cedar wood fence.

But they approved me way to fast without enough questions so even though it was only 10k I just felt I would never get the loan and lose my 10k.. had another scammer drag me to NYC for the dog and pony at least I got a trip to the big apple out of it :)
