Give him a call, apologize for asking him to put TP in the trash can (that will create common ground and a more reasonable starting point for a resolution), let him know that prior residents did not have issues, have his family curtesy flush, and let him know that future clogs are his responsibility.

I found the county criteria which reads as:"Property must be minimum of 1 acre, meet the underlying zone district, have adequate parking, meet the requirements set for by the Wildfire Hazard Overlay District, have valid water and sanitation, have legal access, use the primary dwelling unit, be free of violations, and have no substantial detriment to the intent of the Zoning Resolution."

We are still waiting on rent checks to be shown on the dashboard, there has been a rent dispute with the current tenant and the prior owner (not 365's fault but still has not been settled), and one other issue for something that needed to be patched up.
