Sold one of the practices, slimmed down the other, eliminated insurance and now just do small diameter implants, less invasive, less costly, less pain, and you can use the implant in weeks rather than months!

The house has never been updated since the 70's.The last issue we have is there seems to have been a leak in a finished room in a corner of the basement, next to a wall that seems to be a little out of plumb due to a small 11 inch diameter tree trunk growing on the side of the house.

Used a hole saw to cut 4 holes (you can also just use a large diameter drill bit) in the corner of the tracing (the now offset tracing) to give me space to work with and then used a jigsaw to cut out the cutout.

It is also possible the neighbour's run may have had to been upgraded to a larger diameter lateral connection to accommodate the number of additional fixtures in your house.If the previous owner only paid a portion of the connection fee (or none of it) and just the cost of running the extension and perhaps a portion of the upgraded costs to the neighbours lateral (which was to accommodate your house), then you will likely have no claim to reimbursement.But I'm not a lawyer and definitely am not giving you legal advise ... just business advice, which is plan to move on, but try to keep relations such that you can do it on your own schedule.

It seems either case you are looking at street construction to upgrade the preexisting water line diameter for fire flow from the street which will be a decent amount if you need to reroute traffic.
