Both miss a whole lot of logic that needs to be there in order to represent the full scope of the picture.

Need to understand customer traffic flow, neighbors, street access.Since you already own a location and know the market. 

Many of my customers who are traveling nurses buy condos or townhomes in Florida as vacation homes, then rent them out when they're not in town.This system has proven to be very lucrative, as it allows them to service the mortgage debt and generate a good cash flow.

I've seen it briefly here & there but never done any research besides picture scrolling.How do you find it?

I only see 5 beds and 4 baths in the listing and do not see that third efficiency unit in the listing pictures. 

I need to source the data myself, run the numbers, check the calculations, eventually build my own custom spreadsheet etc. 

With pictures and guides to anything that may be helpful for the tenant.If so, how was this received by the tenants? 

Do one task at a time in each app to compare apples to apples.Load a property with pictures and details.Market that property.See what your marketing looks like from the public's perspective.Submit a fake application to see how easy the process is.

You can absolutely leave out the exterior pictures if feel they will hurt you.

Ultimately the pictures combined with the location are what sells it.You want to avoid HOAs at all costs.
