It's not difficult to remind them of this so long as you remember that the law - when used appropriately - is on your side (the law which allows you to tell them: "thank you for your time as tenant... best of luck to you in the future.")The next time you communicate with this individual be friendly, be courteous - but by all means... be the Owner.Cheers.
