Does anyone have or know where to find a reliable basic purchase agreement when the price has been established?

Finding a reliable contractor for the rehab portion and then a good property manager once it's rented seem to be the biggest issues for those who aren't local. 

They switched to a PM company I recommended, and within two months, they’d evicted the tenant, restored the unit, and leased it to a far more reliable renter.

I would consult several Attorneys and hire one to contest this.

I really want to find a reliable and reputable PM to work with during this process. 

I need a CPA and had a quick consult but haven’t found someone I love.

Hi Brandon,Thank you for your reply, definitely trying to avoid the scammersI'm currently under contract and looking for reliable/credible lenders.

He determined the price and terms for the property, and according to the agents involved, he consulted with accountants and attorneys before signing the contract.

Since I am having my prospective tenants cover the cost I would prefer to have the lowest cost option that gives you the most bang for your buck, but at the same time I want to be sure that what I am paying for is reliable.
