Remember in law, ones actions can constitute acceptance of terms even absent written agreements.If they never had a lease but continue to pay and stay then the tenant is an "at will" tenant under a periodic tenancy (i.e. month to month).

I know that one major employer is kind of a red flag, I guess I am wondering what constitutes one major employer.

In the master agreement there are things like what constitutes a walk off from the job, if something fails city inspection, if work is done incorrectly or with poor craftsmanship, when and how ill pay and so forth.

Is there a clear line as too what constitute advertising vs showing off current work?

I am not saying that my posts are amazing (they are far from that), I am trying to sort out what constitutes an up-vote for people and if they really matter to the other posters and readers.
