@Adib Rahman Depending on the configuration you might be able to get a gravity pump or lift pump (not sure what it’s actually called) for the bathroom fixtures that will pump the water up to the level it needs to be at to flow into the pipes.

One type very fast and don't worrry to much about spelling and punctuation as long as i get the point across and then to help the beginner RE investor AGENT , mortgage professional  that is starting out  fields I have experience at and add valuable content. ( value being in my own mind LOL)  On the flip side I suspect BP has spent considerable sum on these new website developers doing what ever it is they do to configure this site.

Eventually they will still want to move to a more normal layout and configuration when the market allows it to.Some land the juice just isn't worth the squeeze for anticipated returns.

You have one set of "assumption" numbers yet it does not take into account the area class (A-D) or the property condition (A-D), property age, deferment status on maintenance, unit configuration such as SFR or multi, what kind of multi, a side x side or over/under, maybe a Quad, etc etc.

Here are the details: Purchase Price: 400,000-425,000Single family home with a mother in Law suite in back; as configured now its a 3bed/1bath and a 1bed/bath; Will configure turn the garage into studio w/ bathroom, so essentially will a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 baths (as 3 separate units) after renovation.
