Unless you have new, material information to substantiate lowering your offer than you did at the time you offered $350k, I believe you are compromising your integrity if you lower your offer.

Easy fix if you take the threshold off and make sure it is sealed and the door bottom is not compromised.

A good compromise may be to get renderings of what it could look like.
