I say this because your opening post was like walking up to a buffet and asking the chef if you should have pizza, sushi, ice cream, scallion pancake, spare ribs, or peanut butter and jelly.

You can definitely get access to the capital you’ll need, but set the expectation for yourself that it won’t be a cake walk. 

I still think I’ll walk away with some money in my pocket and some lessons learned about walk through and rushing to purchase.

Take your time, build the relationship first, and don’t hesitate to walk away if things don’t feel right.

The only deal I’ve ever walked away from we determined that the entirety of two of the exterior, structural walls were significantly bowing and in the basement below them the foundation had been permanently covered so there was no way to see what it was doing.

For a lot of people they will ve so overwhelmed and in shock that they just want to walk away.

If they don't work, walk away and don't try to force it.

If it feels forced, walk away.
