Both an LLC and umbrella policy have their perks—an LLC separates your personal assets, while an umbrella policy is simple and covers more scenarios.

In that scenario Section 8 tenants are the least risky tenant base.

Really interested in investing in this market and would accept a relatively low return (or even a break even scenario because i believe in continued appreciation potential here).
