I just maybe have been lucky but the age does not scare me if the price is right and the inspection comes back clean. 

The only product I have seen is the MACU 10% for a non owner occupied.

Instead of flipping the house, I should have wholesaled it—cleaning it out and listing it for another investor to take on the renovation.

I just set up my vrbo account and still some finer details about planning the communication, cleaning service, maintenance persons, etc…

Please, no solicitations.Use the renovation/acquisition loan products that require 10% down on the purchase and you should be able to get a few going at a time.

Assuming this is a clean file, with no exceptions required, most Underwriters take anywhere from 48-72 hours to review a loan and get CTC, or provide further conditions. 

By all means give them a note on how to use all of the appliances (eg clean out the lint trap on the drier after each load, do not use dish soap in a dishwasher, change the furnace filter regularly, etc).
