@Chip ChronisterRemember - purchase $ notes and promissory notes alike don’t always have to be from a sale to consumers.There are many old guys out there who have amassed a good sum of real estate and would much rather have good paper income now.It’s a good opportunity for younger, hustling investors to purchase.
