Some will have a lot of kids who get out of the car drinking red pop and eating chips.

Our philosophy has always been to closely track market values for rents, let the chips fall where they may.

If anyone needs help from stuffing envelopes to showing/finding properties or cleaning houses, I'm willing to chip in where need be if anyone could use an extra hand (no pun intended).

Higher interest rate means less buyers with commited funding, so less competition and more bargaining chip with seller if your one of the only few that can close on properties.

@Chip ChronisterRemember - purchase $ notes and promissory notes alike don’t always have to be from a sale to consumers.There are many old guys out there who have amassed a good sum of real estate and would much rather have good paper income now.It’s a good opportunity for younger, hustling investors to purchase.

We’ve had tenants point out a couple minor chips in the kitchen tile floor months after moving in.

And we had to catch all the paint chips with tarps and make sure we didn’t leave any chips on the ground anywhere.
