You would have to be significantly cheaper than my current cleaners for me to give you a shot, because I generally have only changed cleaners for either consistent subpar work or increasing/unreasonable prices.

I do have two really good mentors / coaches I work with that would be able to provide more input but they do charge for their time.

The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it!

From what I am hearing so far, you may need to look at investing in a cheaper real estate market that will still positive cash flow.

This will show you more evidence of the fees they really charge.
