I was there last week with my contractor, my tenant didn’t realize apparently how bad his house stank, so we aired out the whole house and sprayed the fridge and put baking soda in there to help the smell for 30 days or so.

I own a food truck called Mack’s Handcrafted Soda and Pops - we make lots of tasty drinks in sort of a food truck food court.

Just like all the different brands of soda, there are different brands of contractors.

Have them put baking soda and vinegar down the drains(as it bubbles up it gets into all of the cracks where they are hiding) and clean the toilet really well up under the edge.

In one of the bedrooms, someone had apparently dropped a can of soda...potentially years ago...and it had sprayed the soda onto the wall and never been wiped up. 

Commercial loans are also sometimes that high, but you're looking at a residential mortgage term sheet, so I don't think you're being offered a commercial loan.There are some critical details missing, this is beyond "they are ripping you off" (paying $6 for a can of soda) and more into the range of "this is not the real world, there are details missing" (someone advertising a single can of soda for $1,000).

A lot of times they can soda blast it, that will remove all the char and black soot and it will be like new with no sign of damage.  

We’ve been able to put much more velocity to our dollars here that in Soda City.

I've tried soap and water baking soda and even bleach on one of the doors and nothing has worked so far.

I gave them the solution (baking soda, white vinegar, water) for this and handled it myself.
