Those things won't matter if your business crushes it.

This idea of diversification is a very tricky philosophy to me.

Interesting idea, but I suspect that would create more problems than it is worth.Most of the leverage you have with a NNN lease is that you are working with a company, presumably one that makes money. 

Polis supports the idea, if not the specifics of the bill.

That’s how the wealthy do it with real estate or businesses.

So I wonder if I can sell my home in Idaho, purchase the new one under my personal name, then how many months or years must pass before I can setup an LLC as the owner of my primary residence, or if you think that will be a good idea? 

Yet, you have to adapt those ideas to the modern world!
