I like a known amount up front, not a constantly changing price tag.According to Marion County Clerk of Court's site - they have 4 NOC's all with Elite Building, Inc. dated 6/22 or 6/23/2021 (and with what I assume are the buyers) and Elite is listed as the building contractor on all the NOC's.

There's lots of opportunities in developing neighborhoods, but also seems a bit saturated at the moment.Also, definitely budget security (remote control cameras, alarm system, etc.) for your properties, as there are a lot of people who occupy themselves by breaking into houses and stealing anything they can sell.Lastly, there are a ton of contractors looking for a quick buck.

Hey @Brad Roche - We do a significant amount of renovation loans (both Fannie May & FHA) here in Chicago and prefer the Homestyle loan only because it's less stringent on the borrow about what they have to repair, and they provide the general contractor a material draw at closing which helps the project start on the right foot.I thought the minimum down payment was 5%.
