Do not need to over complicate anything :)

The process is new to me, but it doesn't seem all that complicated (link below). 

I used the ever so complicated one called "Google" lol.

It is very complicated; like a snowflake, each transaction is different.How do you decide risk vs. reward here?

I am hoping Marco will be the exception. ya me to.. however I suspect he has some complicated situations and it may take more than 30 days to come up with something they can live with.. but if I was him I would be sending out an e mail once a week .. even if it was to say I have not forgotten and we are still here and working on it..

I realize not investing locally complicates things.

Every step of the way it is complicated, counter intuitive, and time consuming. 

The same can be done with C corporations through distribution of different classes of stock, but this is much more complicated.
