My advice to people Who are interested in this automation is to get one or two assignment wholesaling deals under your belt or at least five to $10,000 of profitable flips before joining that being said it will give you disposable income to throw in invest into a system in which you can market however if you haven’t made not even one deal at least get one under your belt through you know Facebook channels YouTube craigslist your local tax liens whatever you can do at least get one even if you have to co Wholesale with somebody Truth to the matter is people are in constant search for that get rich quick automation tool where they could have little or no experience and just generate money and that is entirely possible however you need to perfect the craft of marketing or hire somebody who can.

Generally in this day and age its pretty easy to do quick due diligence (google, website, reviews, etc) to determine if a lender is reputable or not.Also - noting look straight from the NewFi websitehttps://newfi.com/dscr-loans/something is definitely off here if you were told you got a DSCR Loan and were required to provide tax returns to "qualify" - someone is not telling you the 100% truth which is certainly a flag to me.

(sorry don't mean to sound like a suck up on BP but the truth is the truth)They are full on predators at this meetup meetings this is how it goes.They have like 5-10 on there team they all speak and tell you how great it is and how you can make it big testimonials from everyone and their mother.

Truth be told, your lender should have looked at the property up front to see that it is an illegal triplex zoned as a single family prior to you going under contract and told that you that it wouldn't qualify for conventional financing...
