And when your doing your research, don't use the term title search.... that would be more title company lingo than what Don meant... which was, search for the property on the county tax assessor, or tax auditor website.

Instead of manually checking each property through google maps or the county auditor site, I'd like to upload my list into this software and get it back with more property info.

Overall the gist of the documents you sign seems to be that no, it can only be for losses incurred as part of the COVID economic disaster, and you agreed to allow an audit or inspection of your books to verify compliance.

On real estate taxes, pull up the county auditor/assessors website. 

So far I printed the map from the auditor site that clearly shows the area in question is part of my parcel.

Also, the IRS auditor loves to see organized and properly tallied lists.

That is unless you like spending time with auditors.

I checked the property taxes on the County Auditor website, and noted that there were "Reductions" for all properties of varying values.
