It will probably be well attended, it will have a speaker dealing with pest control, and there will time for questions from the attendees. 

Straight to the point and very active attendees.

As a bonus, they could even sell more books and register more webinar attendees with these types of features. 

So my advice is to make sure you factor those costs in and make sure you allocate at least 10-15% of your cashflow each month for maintenance and keep up with it.There is a local meetup the first Wednesday of each month that has about 100 regular attendees. 

Hence the unopened CD's from so many seminar attendees.

At this REIA, they'll make you feel uncomfortable if you don't stand an introduce yourself because the host is going to look directly at new attendees and say," Will first time visitors please stand and introduce yourself."

And I guess at the end of the day its up to the attendees to determine with they got value.

It'll be a blast looking at the current list of attendees.

So there is a fairly straightforward way to identify the free sessions that will be essentially worthless as far as content goes - they are designed to get attendees to pay for the next set of sessions.
