Their funds are very diverse in mobile home parks, self storage , industrial, Multifamily, etc   So they are like a fund of funds.

Unfortunately, errors happen in every industry. 

sadly its a stain on our industry right now.

We are leaning more toward Johnson City just due to location, size, and economy/industries that are there.

HelloOver saturated STR in Ohio markets have caused many STR to drastically lower costs to as low as  $100 for entire bedroom home.My are higher and I'm not competitive with the lower cost Abnbs.I also feel hotel industry are mass building new hotels to compete with str. 

Do you think its helpful & necessary for upskilling teams or is the industry not in need of it?

It is a better place to invest because of the college and local industry.

I've been doing a moderate level of research around the housing industry and I am very excited and eager to jump in.

The over-regulation in the mortgage industry is really ridiculous.
