I believe in Wisconsin the inspections are only every 2 years as long as the unit is in good standing but I know other places like Illinois they are still annual on the anniversary date of the tenant's move in.

Before you know it, you will be celebrating your first anniversary and moving on to bigger deals and greater success.

It is not calendar years but January 1st of the 5th anniversary initial deposit. 

@James Zhang I don't know how high end your properties are but I would just use my smart phone.. iPhones and Samsungs these days have phenomenal cameras.

Just a note, I'm not too familiar with Life Insurance as well so I'm trying to help my mother out.Also is it the policy of Insurance companies to mail out the Notice of Anniversary date on the exact Anniversary date?

She wanted all the names of her grandkids because she was paying all their iPhone bills etc & she wanted her mothers name on the mailbox as well.
