Before bigger pockets moved the rent estimator to pro users only it estimated rent to be around $975 I don't know or have anything to go by but I thought that was high.

IF you plan on going back someday, and this is the home you want to move back to, then renting it would be a good idea as long as you estimate that it will cover itself, or preferably, cash flow, which it appears that yours will at @ $2K or so per month (after expenses).

I estimated capex at 10% which I think is low considering the deferred maintenance, 10% property management, 8 percent vacancy.
