Dear all, I am looking to understand how much the rental market has saturated (increased supply) in Kernersville, Jamestown, Greensboro near airport, High Point. 

Of course, if you're investing out of town, you'll want to make sure it has a decent airport. 

I do STR near RTP and the airport and I keep my units above 90% occupancy.

Memphis is a major transportation hub with a strong logistics infrastructure, including one of the busiest cargo airports in the world.

The property that I am under contract for encompasses four houses across three adjacent lots.

is the actual wellhead location relatively adjacent to your land, by chance?

build don't' buy. 43203, 43205, 43206, 43207, 43223, 43222. new construction is selling at a premium by 30% to existing inventory, land is in better locations. infill lots for single family or 3 family is what we do I have a million posts in the marketplace about it. most of those are adjacent downtown zip codes in columbus where there is existing inventory. 

;) i’m thinking maybe something about an hour drive from one of the big airports. would make it easier for me flying in and renting a car.. 

A lazy installed may not spray foam around the door or window or into any voids accessible adjacent to the window when installing.
