These tenants were OK until halfway through their 2nd year (I extended their lease—also big mistake)I now understand, anyone wanting to rent my house will put on a good show of how reliable and honest they are and how they admire me, until we sign the lease.

Every time real estate has come up over the last 3-4 years I get this deep excitement in me but never took the step to learn anymore, I really just hung onto what other people were doing and admired what they were building.Now that I have been listening to podcast, reading books, and telling people I am getting into real estate investing, the excitement grows and grows.

I was so focused, I actually had a mentor stop me to take a minute to look up from all the houses and take a minute to admire my accomplishments.  

I admire everyone in our armed services.  

I admire your plan to replace your income in the next few years by pursuing real estate, this is awesome!
