I'm a 21 year old college student at Utah State University.

So in practice , accredited-investor-only investment has bigger risk/reward than public investment.First because public investment has its own transparency.

Given that I'm looking for a less time-intensive investment option for now and we are accredited investors, the Colonial note fund they offer is a better option for us.
