I see many investors heading further and further south, to tacoma and beyond. 

The tenants in a triplex I manage are moving out and hired professional movers.

I can see the possibility of going as far south as Tacoma,  and there is certainly plenty of housing stock of the type I'm interested in,  and as population and price pressure continues to push people out of Seattle,   Tacoma is going to keep getting better.      

In 2006 it was the movers who asked me how much I bought the home for.

Can you trash their stuff in one trip or did they move in with movers and a truck...stuff like that.
