Ones located in Greensboro Nc and the other is located in reidsville Nc the fees I see on this soft quote are: origination fee, underwriting/processing fee, 3rd party closing costs, 6 month tax impound, 6 month insurance impound, looks like 11-12k in fees alone.

To narrow down my search can you guys please suggest if I should focus more on Ohio or North Carolina? 

Here in coastal NC our municipality had similar laws about STR within city limits, a couple sued the city and WON.

Hi everyone.  I am new to the real estate investing arena.  I am looking to learn so that I can do my first deal.  

Right now, I believe they're in Ashville,NC and that's why they haven't been as present in our area.

I am interested in beginning my real estate journey by buying my first rental property in North Carolina in 2025.

The only reason I stopped using them was I sold most of my portfolio and turned what was left of my NC properties to a property manager.
