NOTE: I did speak to an ODC rep. today about Fund Exits and i will say he was very transparent and honest about the state of all the funds. 

I will not qualify as REP status and I don’t think I will be able to meet the 100 hrs plus 2 stays by 12/31/24.

@Justin Boyd just saw the location on this, I'm somewhat familiar with that market, we do quite a few retail deals in CLE and the surrounding areas, I'd be happy to give you an opinion on the site if its helpful.  

In my experience, they could make u an "example" bc STRs can have a bad rep.

I dont their account reps change pretty frequently..

You want Someone who is just in it to get a return and have a great partnership.

You probably do not qualify for REPS, but it has nothing to do with 1099s.

Keep in mind a fulfillment company might rep  Tony Robbins and other motivational speakers and rep your wholesaling guru or fix and flip guru like Tarik and his X wife were doing.. 

I lived in the Central Valley for a while a couple years ago and as a native New Englander was shocked when I moved there that not every part of CA is far left liberal; just in the major cities.
