So back to the question, I have compared several times, the real guest cost is clearly higher with vrbo, even without the protection or the deposit  (another smart feature I wish vrbo could offer with no cash impact on the guest ).That said, a $ to $ comparison is not that important.

I am asking because for me it will be almost impossible to get financing in USA, so if I buy, it will almost certain be cash buy.Hope you understand that I am little scared to give someone money "just like that" to invest in real estate.So real question is... are there any real "tools" that can assure money protection or is it all based on trust?

The only reason I've ever had to use a primer was for dark colors going light, not for water protection or paint adhesion, so it just slipped my mind amidst all the craziness.The cabinets are all done, put back and everything.

The benefits are that an LLC or corporation can (if used correctly) provide asset protection and potentially some tax benefits.The drawbacks are that they cost money to form (some states are very inexpensive, some are more expensive), they require extra paperwork (like annual tax filings), some lenders won't finance property held by a corporate entity, and if used incorrectly, they may not provide any asset protection or tax benefits.I'm sure there are other benefits and drawbacks, but those are the basics.If you plan to set up a corporate entity, consult a tax professional and an attorney to make sure you're getting the benefits...

Some argue that lawyers will also sue to stop this, arguing that transferring to an LLC is simply an asset protection or estate planning exercise and didn't harm the bank's secured position, thus the clauses are not enforceable in this instance.
