Well your happy and I am tickled pink.

I have a Pink Tub and I need to find a cost effective way to replace it.

If you don't have a grounding rod tied into your ground/neutral bar on your panel, and I guess, technically, if you don't have all your grounds and neutrals separated on different bus bars in the panel, then you are still just using your neutral for your ground anyway.

Thats ok, I have seen a few South of where I live that isn't to high in price either, just need some TLC which I don't mind, as I said I ain't afraid of putting in a little (or a lot) of sweat equity :) Even my wife has some ideas (as long as it isn't pink polka dots lol, and yes we have seen a couple houses with those {Shudders})
