We are a not for profit member community that has tons of networking events, educational seminars and vendors to help you in any journey you find yourself attracted to. 

Stick to areas with better soil conditions like Frisco, McKinney, and Rockwall, and network with local investors to learn from their experiences.

Since we aren't in that state it would cost more because we can't physically be there to track projects, network for contractors etc.

You can explore partnerships or network with investors to acquire more deals and replicate your success.

NETWORK!!!

They are a great crowd, and networking was amazing.I just finished the self paced course and just got off the phone with them concerning the Gold and Platinum programs for mentorship.  

It looks like it is mainly for networking, although it's virtual so maybe networking won't be that great. 

Since January I have added Introductory Calls as a means of growing my network.

NETWORK!!!

The reason why I ask is because I'm sure some people are going to say it is critical to first build a network but I find myself doubting myself because why would someone listen to advice from a 21 year old who has never bought a deal before?
